The recent Cygwin development snapshots include Anders' headers as the
Win32 headers we include.  If you want to live on the bleeding edge,
feel free to try them out:

	http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/snapshots/

You'd want one of the cygwin-inst-<date>.tar.gz ones.
