Some "Japanese Kid" is forwarding his UWIN mails to cygwin AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com. Look at the following header. Autoforwarder from inetgw2.fujita.co.jp (210.159.105.103) is redirecting mails to sourceware.cygnus.com. Why Cygnus System administrators cannot contact inetgw2.fujita.co.jp? Or, lock inetgw2.fujita.co.jp to deliver mails to sourceware.cygnus.com. All the messages will bounce back to Sender.
