The readme for cygwin b20 mentions that the tcl/tk version is 8.1a2, however it actually contains 8.0. Is there a way to get hold of the 8.1 version precompiled? I'm trying to build an application that needs the multi-byte character support in 8.1. Barring the binaries, any advice on compiling the sources (that come with makefiles for borland and visual c only) would be appreciated -- is it only necessary to modify the makefiles, or does more need to be done? thanks much for any help, Adrian arobert AT cogsci DOT ucsd DOT edu -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
