Hi,

this is an announcement for our new project's web site now located at

    http://www.student.uni-koeln.de/cygwin/

containing some additional distributions like the latest mSQL and
PostgreSQL binaries. The new ports for PHP 3.0.6 and Apache 1.3.4 are
following.
