From: jchapman AT netcomuk DOT co DOT uk (Jim Chapman) Subject: clearcase: Using bash as clearmake's shell 21 Dec 1998 09:44:47 -0800 Message-ID: <367E3508.47A70A01.cygnus.gnu-win32@netcomuk.co.uk> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: gnu-win32 AT cygnus DOT com Is there a trick to get ClearCase's clearmake to use bash.exe as it's command shell? It seems that clearmake sends the command to bash with \r\n appended to the line, even if the makefile has Unix-style line endings, which confuses bash. I've tried setting CYGWIN32=binmode but that didn't help. Thanks -Jim - For help on using this list (especially unsubscribing), send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
