GNUStep requires two additional ioctl() parameter flags. Could you
please add the following for your next update:

In /cygwin-b20/H-i586-cygwin32/i586-cygwin32/include/asm/socket.h:

#define SIOCGIFADDR             /*   Get IF net Address */
#define SIOCGIFNETMASK     /* Get netaddr mask */

This will allow the GNUStep Distributed Object system to run.
