I would like to set write permission for others to my tty, so that they can issue a talk request to me. Chmod does not touch them, umask does not help even if it is 000, and I am using CYGWIN="tty ntea" If this is not possible at all, is there going to be a fix for it in the future? Thanks! - For help on using this list (especially unsubscribing), send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
