Lib (not fully conformant to the standard) comes with the EGCS
distribution. New conformant library is in development
(http://www.cygnus.com/~ncm/stdlib.html). Standard is available for US$18
from http://webstore.ansi.org/ansidocstore/default.asp (haven't looked
that myself--I'm pleased with the latest edition of Stroustrup's book).
