You'll find a file cygwin32-mount.el. This file teaches emacs how to read files through cygwin32 mount points, e.g. //d/d1/d2/file.c, but when gdb tries to open that file in a window, it is still looking for c:/d/d1/d2/file.c instead of d:/d1/d2/file.c. If you can shed any light on this problem I would appreciate it.
