I built it for Cygwin32 and Mingw32 about a year ago. I don't remember rebuilding it with B19. There were some problems. Especially, the makefile expects to patch text files as if they were binary (ie miscounting the CR-LF). There was also a problem with the nibble-mode malloc as I recall that came down to recursive makes not inheriting variables in the right way. I think I had to change the recursive make invocations in some way.
