hmm, I used Winzip 6.x to decompress the file, so it should work. Maybe your
file has been broke while downloading from the Cygnus site. Since you are
coming from France I would consider to use the german FTP mirror of the
GNU-Win32 project at

    ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/   ....

So try this one.
