One configure script I use does:

if test x`${UNAME}` = "xCYGWIN32_NT"; then echo "bleh bleh, NT, bleh";
else echo "NT not found, bleh bleh"; fi

This used to work in beta 18, in beta 19.1 it doesn't...if I change it to
text x`UNAME` it does work, but of course then it will generate error when
run under other *nix OS's...

Any clues on this behavior?
