For those using the rather buggy gdb that I had released with egcs-1.00,
please pick up the new one. Much more stable. Can restart programs w/out
crashing W95 machine. Command line editing works on NT (but not W95,
sorry). Based on the gdb distributed with Cygwin32 B19.
