What happened to Congruent's ports of GNU stuff to Win32 
(ftp://ftp.cc.utexas.edu/microlib/nt/gnu)?

It seems to use a DLL called win32gnu.dll - is this related to 
cygwinb19.dll?  If not, is there any useful code to be salvaged from it? 
 Would Congruent be willing to release the copyright, if they're no longer 
selling their stuff?
