The _KEY_EVENT_RECORD structure is not formatted correctly.  The correct 
format is:

  WORD wVirtualScanCode; 
  union { 
    WCHAR UnicodeChar;

} KEY_EVENT_RECORD, *PKEY_EVENT_RECORD;
