You can find bash and many of the other GNU-Win32 tools built for DEC
Alpha NT at:

    ftp://dutlbcz.lr.tudelft.nl/alphant/Shells/bash-alpha-nt-1.01.tar.gz

Note that I had to perform the following:

    copy %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\msvcrt40.dll %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\msvcr40d.dll

to "satisfy" cygwinx.dll's dependency on msvcr40d.dll.
