The subject says it all:

Can a DLL created with gnu win32 be dynamically loaded from
a Windows application (created with VC++) ?

I have tried and it doesn't seem to work ...

     LoadLibrary returns NULL
and
     GetLastError returns 0

I have no idea what is going on.
