From: gpasa AT omedia DOT ch (Pasa Guglielmo) Subject: new bash 30 Oct 1997 04:32:35 -0800 Message-ID: <34588AD1.9C41620F.cygnus.gnu-win32@omedia.ch> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit To: gnu-win32 AT cygnus DOT com The new bash versions seems not to recognize the scripts as executables and ls --color don't use the right color to express them. Any idea ? How can I customize the colors of bash. I would like to see the compressed file with extensions gz or tar or tar.gz or tgz in red as under Linux? I tried with the file DIRCOLORS etc. as in Linux but without success. -- Sincerely yours, Pasa Guglielmo ------------------------------------------------------------------ ¦ homepage: http://www.omedia.ch/pages/gpasa/ ¦ ¦----------------------------------------------------------------¦ ¦ e-mail : gpasa AT omedia DOT ch ¦ tel. : +41 (0)24 485 50 40 ¦ ¦ mailing : Pasa Guglielmo ¦ fax : +41 (0)24 485 50 44 ¦ ¦ Rte des Cases 17A ¦ ¦ ¦ CH-1890 St-Maurice ¦ prof.: physicist ¦ ¦ (Switzerland) ¦ ¦ ------------------------------------------------------------------ - For help on using this list (especially unsubscribing), send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
