hi.

i managed to build a relocable dll with gnuwin32.
a) is there a dll entry handler somewhere, that handles everything needed ?
	maybe my handler is a bit short ("{}").
b) how can i use the gnuwin32 craeted dll with borland or microsoft c 
	compilers ? i don't think that they can work with libDLL.a like
	gcc, but i don't know.
c) cygwin32.dll : gpl or lgpl ? i didn't follow the copyright discussions.
