I have Sergey's latest coolview:

cygwin.dll  -Jul 23 596088 bytes

If you compile the attached java program and run it (i.e. java Main) then
Ctrl-C does not kill it.  Previous versions of cygwin.dll did.

The program doesn't do anything except bring up a window with a title bar.
