Hi!

I have a troubles with porting telnetd to cygwin. Telnetd starts bash, but bash hangs.
Bash 2.01 sources (file jobs.c, lines starting with 2531) have the following code:

	{
	  if (shell_pgrp != terminal_pgrp)
	    {
	      SigHandler *old_ttin;

	    }
