I am able to use ioctl() with FIONBIO for sockets, but fcntl() should be useable for this as well. Question: Is there a way to raise the limit on open file descriptors? getdtablesize() currently returns 64 (NOFILES). There appears to be a setdtablesize() but it looks like it is for internal use only. If this is not currently supported, will it ever be supported?
