From: jeffdb AT netzone DOT com ("Mikey") Subject: Possible bug (Feature) in ld 18 Apr 1997 08:21:33 -0700 Approved: cygnus DOT gnu-win32 AT cygnus DOT com Distribution: cygnus Message-ID: <199704181451.HAA07613.cygnus.gnu-win32@nz1.netzone.com> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Original-To: "cygnus" X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Priority: 3 X-Mailer: Microsoft Internet Mail 4.70.1155 Original-Sender: owner-gnu-win32 AT cygnus DOT com It looks to me, like Micros***'s LINK32.EXE strips the @16 from functions declared __stdcall, in everything except .LIB files, which is what is causing us, (especially me) so much confusion when building .dll files. Or is my Brain completely out to lunch on this? Does anyone know of a way to duplicate this behaviour with ld, or a reason why that would be undesirable?
