This will most probably require you to write a VxD and have a nice week or
two of Lovecraft dreams in ASM land -- or to buy a copy of VToolsD and make
use of it --
I'm really uncertain GNU-Win32 can help you a lot here. 

The Windows 95 DDK will be your best friend.
