Sorry this took a bit. The cygwin dns is "interesting" :)

x.cygwin.com (and .org and .net) should now work as intended.
Pointing to the server in the new RDU3 datacenter.

We also removed the following names since they didn't seem to have ever
been used:

- www.xfree86.cygwin.com
- www.xfree.cygwin.com
- xfree86.cygwin.{com,net,org}
- xfree.cygwin.{com,net,org}

Hopefully that resolves all cygwin issues after the datacenter move.

There were some email related issues last weekend, but those should now
also be resolved: https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=33703

But if you think you lost some email, that was it. Apologies.
