Apologies for the inconvenience!

sourceware is constantly dealing with aggressive scraperbots (similar to 
those described at [1]), and sometimes heavy handed blocks are applied 
to maintain service for everyone else, unfortunately impacting some 
innocent bystanders.


For the benefit of anyone else who might have this problem in future, 
I'll mention that you can contact sourceware overseers e.g. on the 
overseers@ (public) or admin-requests@ (private) mailing list on 
sourceware.org (as per [2]), providing your IP address, and they will be 
able to unblock you.
