GNUPro is/was a RedHat product available for various embedded processors, so 
check the RedHat web site, or the web sites of the processors in which you are 
interested, to find the current recommended toolchain for those processors.

Some of those may even be based on, and include a static release of, Cygwin, 
which may be made current using normal Cygwin update processes, although that 
will not apply to proprietary tools, and those may not work with current Cygwin 
packages. YMMV
