After updating mintty from 3.7.4 to 3.7.5, the frame lines in mocp command
in moc (Music on Console) package are not shown correctly. The line chars
seem to be drawn, however not shown. Any idea?

How to reproduce the problem:
(1) Install moc and moc_plugins package.
(2) Run mocp
(3) Compare screen between 3.7.4 and 3.7.5
