- leverage clang-tidy modernize-use-std-print to replace legacy I/O?

- Cygwin exiv2 maintainer would be interested in working with exiv2 team to help 
them become Cygwin package maintainers for libfmt and exiv2?

- and correct typo "Exiv" for Exif in exiv2 sdesc, ldesc? ;^>
