Thanks for testing. If you could continue the test,
it is better to use head of cygwin-3_5-branch.

git clone https://cygwin.com/git/newlib-cygwin.git
cd newlib-cygwin
git switch cygwin-3_5-branch
winsup/autogen.sh
configure
make -j8

Then, copy x86_64-pc-cygwin/winsup/cygwin/new-cygwin1.dll to
your test environment.

Some important fixes are now ready for 3.5.4. How about releasing
