Thank you so much for the fix. I built a cygwin1.dll containing
your patch and forwarded it to our client. Tests are running
since yesterday without any issues. Before after a few minutes
the console_close() caused (at least) processes to hang for at
least a few seconds.

We will keep the tests running over the weekend but I think we
can assume that the hang in closing console is fixed.

Thank you so much again, just wanted to ask: will you (and
when) release cygwin DLL 3.5.4 shortly? Could you estimate
when this will happen? Knowing that would help us in planning
the next WinDRBD release (with the 3.5.4 cygwin DLL).
