The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libmspack0-0.11-1
* libmspack-devel-0.11-1

A library for some loosely related Microsoft compression formats, CAB, CHM, HLP, LIT, KWAJ and SZDD

This is an update to the latest upstream release:

* Rejects over-large ControlData and ResetTable files in CHM files
* Rejects overlong ENCINTs in CHM files
* Checks validity of file offset/length in CHM files
* Tolerates empty disk name fields in CAB files
* No longer wrongly applies the E8 transform on the 32769th frame of CAB files
* Uses the QBasic variant of SZDD to unpack KWAJ method 2 files
