Sorry, no. Requests like that aren't going to be granted without a good 
reason.

However, those files are still available from a 3rd party archive [1].

(We never had a gcc 9.3.2 package, but assuming that the actual package 
version you require is 9.3.0-2, the last circas containing that gcc 
version seem to be x86: 2022/05/01/141454 and x86_64: 2022/05/01/141523)

If there is some defect in the currently available gcc which prevents 
you from using it, please report that.
