This release adds --output-dir, supports XDG_CONFIG_HOME to find .curlrc, updates --help with categories, enables mqtt by default, adds new sftp quote commands 'atime' and 'mtime', tls --curves and CURLOPT_SSL_EC_CURVES, ssh option CURLKHSTAT_FINE_REPLACE, new curl_easy_option_* API for meta-data about easy options, and fixes many bugs. Cygwin packaging has added mk-ca-bundle/.1 to libcurl-devel, and complete docs and example code to libcurl-doc.
