I've rebased the Cygnal patches against Cygwin 3.1.7 and released a
new beta.

The last time I rebased was 2.9.0; it's been a while.

The Cygnal project provides a modified version of the main Cygwin
DLL which allows programmers who work with Cygwin to ship their programs
as Windows applications.

You simply compile your executable under Cygwin with the regular
Cygwin native toolchain, and then bundle it with the cygwin1.dll
provided by the Cygnal project.
