HINT to package maintainers:
You *MUST* use *cygport*, if you want to be able to get your package through the
current calm checking, to where it will be updated on the server, added to
setup.ini, and installed with necessary prerequisites!
Or you could jump through hoops to do what cygport does for you. ;^>
