Hi,

Will you adopt a fixed version of pdfjam 3.03 for cygwin? (since the author seems too busy to merge it).

(1) Please adopt a version https://github.com/DavidFirth/pdfjam/pull/22 , at least.

(2) Or, please adopt a version https://github.com/DavidFirth/pdfjam/pull/26 , if you think the commit https://github.com/DavidFirth/pdfjam/pull/26/commits/d4025732b0fca36950ae9de60b9bd256da0b7617 is favorable.
