This is an update to the latest upstream version.

cfitsio-3.480-2
mingw64-i686-cfitsio-3.480-2
mingw64-x86_64-cfitsio-3.480-2


Notes
-----

The library ABI version has changed from libcfitsio7 to libcfitsio9.
Packages depending on libcfitsio should be recompiled to make use of the
newer ABI.

The build now enables BZip2, cURL and multithreading support.

The build again provides the mingw64 packages.

The unannounced …-1 release had an error in the pkgconfig that would
result in an error when trying to include the header file.
