Current version of bash on Cygwin download site is
bash-4.4.12-3

So for bashdb, a 4.4 version is needed: i.e. bashdb-4.4

Who is the maintainer for bash and bashdb? 

Maybe bashdb & bash should be packaged
together so they can't get out of sync?
