Subject: [ANNOUNCEMENT] geoipupdate 3.1.1-1

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* geoipupdate-3.1.1-1

The GeoIP Update program performs automatic updates of GeoIP2 binary 
databases. CSV databases are not supported.

This release switches to GeoIP2/GeoLite2 databases by default, now that 
GeoIP Legacy databases are no longer available.
