The openldap package in Cygwin has been updated to the latest upstream
version 2.4.48.  This is the first release after taking over from the
previous maintainer, the packaging is unchanged.  Like the previous
maintainer, I don't actually use the server components of openldap, so
use them with due care.

Notes
=====

The mdb backend does very likely not work correctly, it produces a
number of test failures that indicate serious problems with the access
to the underlying database.

Both the bdb and hdb backend seem to work, but several tests do not
complete or have failures that may be related to the test environment on
Cygwin or indicative of more serious problems.
