This is an update to the latest upstream version.


Notes
-----

The library version has changed from libcfitsio3 to libcfitsio7.
Packages depending on libcfitsio should be recompiled to make use of the
newer ABI.

The build now enables BZip2 and multithreading support.

A Perl binding is available now with the package
perl-Astro-FITS-CFITSIO-1.12-1.
