The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* python2-pytz-2018.9-1
* python3-pytz-2018.9-1

pytz brings the Olson tz database into Python. This library allows 
accurate and cross platform timezone calculations using Python 2.4 or 
higher. Almost all of the Olson timezones are supported.

This update corresponds to the latest 2018i release of tzdata.
