Something like

printf "DejaVu Sans Mono" > "/proc/registry/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Console/TrueTypeFont/00000"

should work. Make sure the number of "0"s is different from any existing
entries.
