The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* cygport-0.31.1-1

cygport is the standard method for building and maintaining
packages for the Cygwin distribution.

This release includes only minor improvements.

Changes in this release (3):
      pkg_diff: automatically detect gettext excludes again
      perl: move URIs to MetaCPAN
      Bump version to 0.31.1
