Hi, jumping in mid-stream, which is also dangerous.
One issue: it is possible to have multiple versions of cygwin installed on your computer; perhaps checking the path for the module that gives the error might help. I have a similar using using Altera FPGA build software that used a different version in a different source path. Good luck!
