And requirements-wise, it should be identical to POSIX 2016.

POSIX 2018 is a top-level document release, made in order to restart a
10-year clock for things like IEEE requirements on revisiting standards
document relevancy; while POSIX 2016 was the second technical corrigenda
made against POSIX 2008 and therefore did not extend the timeframe of
that older document which was nearing the end of its 10 years.  So other
than editorial changes, such as the document name, there are no
substantial content changes to what you've already had available for 2
years.
