is it possible to get a tarball with the source files from a tag in cygwin.com git?

Similar to:

https://bitbucket.org/OWNER/%{name}/get/%{gittag}.tar.gz#/%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz

e.g. from the following gittag (release-6_4):
