Reasonable.  CrashPlan runs using SYSTEM access.  I
will try adding SYSTEM to the BackupOperators group,
which presumably has SeBackupPrivilege (and
SeRestorePrivilege).  I am not sure how else to approach
granting suitable privilege to this program.
