Included in this software distribution is a library, libtiff, for reading 
and writing TIFF images, a small collection of tools for doing simple 
manipulations of TIFF images on UNIX systems, and documentation on the 
library and tools.

This is an update to the latest upstream release, along with patches for 
CVE-2016-10266 through -10272 and CVE-2017-7592 through -7602.
